GDPR provides the most strict privacy protection to European Citizens. As a company we've chosen to follow GDPR legislation globally regardless of your location.

This means two key things: we operate permission based. This means that as a company ServersCheck does NOT collect personal identifiable information such as IP addresses. Nor do we rent, buy lists of contact details. If we have your contact details then it is because you've provided them to us. In that case we will only use for the purpose that it was given to us. We don't do any direct marketing such as emailings.

Secondly is your privacy: the information you've provided to us is not shared with any third party unless you've provided consent or that it is required for the processing of a transaction or under legal obligation. We do not sell or rent your info. If you have a myServersCheck account, then at any given time you can delete your account.
