ENV-PARTICLEParticle Matter Sensor — PM1, PM2.5, PM4 & PM10 for mission critical

Total mass concentration for PM1, PM2.5, PM4 and PM10 in µg/m³.
Reports the highest particle fraction found.
PM1 & PM2.5: ±10 µg/m³ at 0 to 100 µg/m³.
PM4 & PM10: ±25 µg/m³ at 0 to 100 µg/m³.
Compact optical sensing element, made in Switzerland.
Optional UL Recognized version (ENV-PARTICLE-L).
Plug & play — SNMP, Modbus TCP, BACnet IP & MQTT ready.

ENV-PARTICLE particle matter sensor

Four PM Fractions

PM1, PM2.5, PM4 and PM10 measured as separate mass concentrations, not collapsed into a single dust figure.

Reports the Highest Fraction

One value to alert on, drawn from whichever fraction is currently worst — so a threshold cannot be passed unnoticed.

Measurement Accuracy

±10 µg/m³ on the fine fractions and ±25 µg/m³ on the coarse, across 0 to 100 µg/m³.

Swiss Optical Sensing

A compact and affordable optical element made in Switzerland — nothing consumed, nothing to send to a laboratory.

Particles & Corrosion

ANSI/ISA G1 environments call for PM1 to PM10 to be held below 70 µg/m³ — a limit stated per fraction, which is what this sensor reports.

Filters, Airflow & Cooling

Fraction data shows whether filtration is doing its job: coarse particles caught while fines pass straight through is a filter grade problem.

Where to Deploy

Cabinets, intake plenums, doorways and near building work — plus the application guide for commissioning a measurement point.

UL Recognized Option

The ENV-PARTICLE-L is the UR 61010 (UL Recognized) version, for installations where that is a condition of acceptance.

How It Works

Connects to the base unit over standard network cable. The base unit is standalone, with no PC or software required.

Flexible Integration

Readings and alerts over SNMP GET & TRAPS, Modbus TCP, BACnet IP and MQTT, with optional RS-485 (Modbus RTU).

Related Sensors

Where a single total dust figure is enough, or where the wider corrosion picture matters, ENV-DUST and ENV-CORROSION complete the set.
